The user of this site, either visiting or having access to this site, who consults and/or provides information, must read and respect the following terms of use. The use of this website and the services it offers, implies inherent agreement to and acceptance of these terms of use by the user of this site. - Part of all information on the website, links as well as photographs are provided by the owner /manager of every guesthouse (and is solely his/her responsibility) and may contain errors or is liable to change at any moment. The same applies to the lists of golf clubs in our guide.
As owner of the website, KANIKOO has no control whatsoever of the correctness of the information provided. We do not inspect either the guesthouses or the golf clubs listed on our website.
- The Golfdreamer.com website includes links to external websites which may well contain information that is interesting/pertinent/complementary.
KANIKOO however does not have any control whatsoever of these sites and therefore cannot be held responsible either for the content of those sites, or their accessibility, or the services advertised on and offered by these websites.
KANIKOO disclaims all responsibility for and liability arising from claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgements, litigation costs and lawyer's fees, of every kind and nature, linked to the use of one or more external websites.

By submitting material/information for publication in said space, the user transfers to KANIKOO the rights to use, edit, copy, modify, adapt, combine, incorporate, translate and distribute the whole of the information or part thereof and this in whatever way.
- The user gives an undertaking not to place on this site any information that could incur a civil or penal responsibility and pledges in this respect not to spread any illegal information through this website. KANIKOO cannot be held responsible in any case whatsoever.
- KANIKOO respects the privacy of the users of this website.
In view of this, the website does not personally collect identifiable information that can be traced back to users, unless these users specifically make such information available on a voluntary basis. At present, individual data are collected via the saving of certain data provided either by the owner or manager of a guesthouse or golf club, or through subscription to our newsletter using the OPT-IN system. Individual data can also be gathered by means of a competition. This information is for exclusive and inside use by KANIKOO, unless the user grants the permission either implicitly or explicitly for it to be used differently. Users can at all times unsubscribe from the newsletter. Except in case of being obliged by law to do so, KANIKOO will not make private user data available to third parties, unless permission for doing so has been given by the user. KANIKOO has the right to carry out statistical analyses of user behaviour so as to be able adequately to inform advertisement agents as well as facilitate website improvement.
As stipulated in the 'loi informatique et liberté' de dato January 6 1978, the user has the right to access and correct the private data that concern him/her, as well as the right to veto any publication thereof.
- None of the aforementioned conditions are affected nor their application affected if KANIKOO were to transfer its copyright of the website.
