If you are unable to play golf due to course closures our partner 'Teeofftimes' will, without guarantee and at the supplier’s discretion, try and obtain either a full or partial refund, or green fee vouchers for your booking, depending on your particular circumstances.
Each golf club sets its own inclement weather policy. All decisions regarding full or partial refunds, or green fee vouchers are solely at the discretion of the golf club and are final. We cannot be held responsible should inclement weather prevail.

- Will you contact me in advance if the course is closed ?
Our partner 'Teeofftimes' is unfortunately not able to contact all clients should a course be closed due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, as the clubs themselves do not always inform us in advance.
If you are worried about your booking due to the weather please telephone the golf club directly to check on the current course status. You will find the golf club’s phone number on your booking confirmation email.

- Inclement Weather
As adverse weather is inevitable during the course of the year hotels and golf courses may either close the golf course or operate temporary tees and greens at their sole discretion.
In the event of this happening the 'Inclement Weather policy' from our partner 'Teeofftimes' is as follows:
Prior to booking date Clients should initially attempt to contact the golf course(s) involved in their booking directly to check the details of their inclement weather policy, and to check the status of the course if they are under any doubt due to weather conditions. A contact telephone number for the golf club can be found on your booking confirmation email. Details of each golf courses inclement weather policy are also available from our Customer Service team - email: customerservice@teeofftimes.co.uk
If requested to do so our partner 'Teeofftimes' will call and check the status of the golf course on your behalf. Should you choose not to travel, subject to the policy of the supplier in these circumstances, our partner 'Teeofftimes' will try and postpone your booking; however price supplements may be incurred depending on when you re-book for. No refunds are available under any circumstance for cancellations made due to course closure.
At the golf club Golf played on temporary greens and tees is non-refundable and is considered to be an accepted part of playing golf. Please note that trolley and buggy bans occur frequently when a course is wet and are determined by those in charge of the golf course.
